天津波音复合材料有限公司( 以下简称“天津波音”)是由美国波音公司和中国航空工业集团公司共同投资兴建的合资企业。总投资额为9,700万美元，注册资金为5, 600万美元，美国波音公司和中国航空工业集团公司分别拥有公司88.10%和11.90%的股权。

天津波音位于天津塘沽海洋高新技术开发区。一期占地面积近60,000平方米，厂房面积23, 000多平方米，于2001年10月建设完工。天津波音新厂房于2011年4月竣工，计划大规模增建新的生产设施，其整体生产能力将扩大60%。扩建后，天津波音厂房占地面积增加48,000平方米，公司职工总人数将在2014年增加到约1049名。

公司拥有当今世界最先进的生产航空复合材料的生产设备、车间和实验室，利用ERP、IQS等先进体系管理财务、采购、生产计划、质量、文件管理等工作。公司也拥有一支技术过硬、士气高昂的团队，目前员工总数为1006人，其中包括5名外籍专家、多名来自国内知名飞机制造企业的经验丰富的高级技术人员。

天津波音主要生产和销售用于民用飞机的高质量的复合材料次结构件和内装饰件，年生产能力超过100万工时。2002年4月公司正式通过美国波音和赫氏公司的质量和生产资格认证，并在同月开始正式生产。2002年5月24日，公司交付首批产品－波音757机舱门衬里，产品完全满足波音和赫氏公司的各项要求，并符合AS9100标准，客户对产品质量给予了极高的评价。公司目前正在为美国波音和Triumph公司、奥地利菲舍尔公司、澳大利亚的BAA公司、韩国的KAI公司、中国的上海飞机制造厂、西安飞机制造厂及沈阳飞机制造厂提供波音737、747、767、777、及787民用飞机复合材料部件。扩产后，公司将继续采用先进技术，为波音737、747、767和777机型生产更大数量和更多品种的高压釜固化法制造的次受力板和烘箱固化法制造的内装饰零部件。公司还将利用新设施生产用于新型波音787梦想飞机 (Dreamliner) 的零部件。787梦想飞机是全球最新型民用飞机，采用50%以上复合材料零部件组装。

Boeing Tianjin Composites Co., Ltd (BTC)is a joint venture of The Boeing Company and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). Total investment is 97mil USD, and register capital is 56mil USD, Boeing and AVIC holds 88.1% and 11.9% shares respectively.

BTC located in Tianjin Binhai New Area with an area of 60,000 square meters after the first succession of construction in October 2001, and factory area about 23,000 square meters. The opening of new facility was in April of 2011, production facilities were expanded and BTC’s total area increased by 48,000 square meters. BTC will expand its manufacturing capacity by 60 percent and also increase workforce to over 1049 by 2014.

BTC is equipped with the most advanced aero composites material production machines, workshop and laboratory, and utilizes ERP, IQS systems for Material Planning, Capacity Planning, Finance Transaction, Relative Document & Order release. BTC employs a workforce of highly qualified and motivated employees. Currently BTC has 875 staff members, includes 5 expatriates, and a number of experienced technical engineers coming from well-known domestic aircraft manufacturing factories.

BTC has the capacity to produce over 1 million production hours per year to manufacture high quality aero space composite parts for primary structure, secondary structure and interiors parts for international commercial airplanes. In April of 2002, BTC passed Boeing and Hexcel Qualification Audit, and started production. May 24, 2002, BTC shipped the first batch of products – 757 Door liner composites panels, which meet the quality standards of Boeing, Hexcel, conforming to the ISO9200 standards, and received very positive feedback from our customers. Currently BTC is building high quality composite structures and interior parts direct to Boeing and Triumph in the United States, FACC of Austria, BAA of Australia, KAI of Korea, Shenyang (SACC), Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Factory and Xi’an Aircraft Company of China for all Boeing commercial models(737,747,767,777,787). After expansion, BTC will continue to be dedicated to the quality production, assembly and delivery of Boeing airplanes parts made from advanced composite materials using hi tech processes, this will includes parts for the new 787 Dreamliner, which is the most advance commercial airplane in the world, with 50% of its parts fabricated from composites materials.
